About Danny Rhoden

Unit President, Staffing

Danny works out of our Ohio office and brings over 20 years of experience in recruiting and staffing to the KT Black Services team. He reports directly to the Ownership and has had a pretty impressive journey in the industry. He started out as a recruiter, moved into regional sales, and now leads the team—showing just how adaptable and knowledgeable he really is.

He’s got a great reputation and has built solid, long-term relationships with multiple national companies. While construction staffing is still his passion, he’s been diving into general staffing too. He leads a super diverse team, including folks in our fulliment division, and he’s all about keeping people motivated, helping them grow, and making sure everyone’s set up to succeed.
