Skilled Trades Company Founded
The Black family started STC in Dayton, OH to serve construction and building maintenance with skilled tradespeople.
2009
Relocated to Amarillo, Texas
Expanded to multiple locations and offices across the US, concentrating in the middle part of the country.
2015
Acquisition & Rebrand to KT Black
Acquires a competing staffing company. Rebrands as KT Black Services under Kristi Black's leadership.
2023
All 50 States Milestone

Data Center Vertical Launch
New specialized vertical grows from 5% to 32% of total revenue in its first full year.
