About Ruby Reyes
Unit President, Services & General Staffing
Ruby works out of our Amarillo office and has been part of the KT Black family for over 17 years. Over that time she's become one of the most trusted and versatile leaders in the company, and her role has grown right along with KT Black.
Today Ruby wears a lot of hats. She manages all of our staffing in the Amarillo, Lubbock, and Midland areas, covering general labor, security, and event staffing for local businesses, universities, and government entities. On top of that, she runs both KT Real Estate and KT Fitness, which shows just how much the team trusts her to get things done.
Ruby knows West Texas and the people who live and work here. She's built strong, lasting relationships across the region, and she's all about supporting her team, taking care of clients, and making sure every part of her business is running the right way..
